Only 7 weeks until Storage Expo
Welcome to our second exhibitor bulletin.  Our promotional campaign is really picking up momentum. Our first direct mail piece has just landed and our email campaign is well under way.
Make the most of the FREE marketing opportunities available:

1) Your own registration page (Recommended!)
This is a fantastic FREE opportunity to have your very own online registration page. If you send us your logo, we can build you a registration page with your company logo on it, a brief text introduction and your own URL, linking to your very own registration page.  You can then market your presence at the show using this URL – encouraging clients and guests to register for Storage Expo. The visitors who register via your form will have ‘Guest of Launchpad Europe’ written on their badge, further enhancing your presence at the event.

2) Visitor Invitations
It’s essential that your key customers and prospects know you are exhibiting at the show. A personal invitation from you is, without doubt, the most effective method of communicating this message. To create maximum exposure of your participation at Storage Expo you can use the show invitations in a variety of ways:

  • Take the invites to client meetings
  • Send a mailing campaign to your clients/prospects
  • Scatter the invites in your office reception
  • Hand them out at any other events you may be participating in

To request an allocation of ‘Visitor Information and Registration Leaflets’ please complete the form located within the exhibitor zone, or you can email grace.manurung@reedexpo.co.uk to request an allocation.

3) Using the Storage Expo logo, banners or stand flash
We can send you a email bundle of goodies that contains the show logo, banners and a ‘stand flash’ image for you to promote your participation at the show by adding them to your website, adverts and anywhere else your planning to promote your presence in the coming months. This will help ensure that our visitors are aware that you’re exhibiting at this year’s event.

As always, we will endeavour to attract your target audience to the event, but it’s your responsibility to promote your presence prior to the show.
